Good morning! Today is February 11, 2011, and Day 100! We have a new student. Unfortunately, I can’t put names, otherwise I would. But he is from Korea. Today, we don’t have any library, so we went straight into Calendar Math. We went over daily problem, and then the daily shape. Turns out, we’ve already done the shape, so we skipped it and went on to Social Studies. We worked on or CBA sources. We got on our net books until break, and then got to have break. After break, we continued to work on our net books again, but this time on stream tables for science. We got to finish up looking at some multi-media tables, where we could change variables such as slope and the stream of water from stream to flood. Then we had lunch and recess.
When we came back, we did math. This afternoon we did 4.2. We got into groups (We got to pick them), and then got to order food from “Larry’s”, so that we could find the tax and the tip for our meals. Then, at about 2:05, we did “Steps to Respect” with Mr. B. After that, we went on to “Mystery Class”. During that time, we got to have leftover pancakes and whip cream made by our wonderful teacher! We then did book clubs.. After that, we did our jobs, and did PSV. Have an awesome weekend! Here’s the homework:
