Day 68 - How Likely Is It?

This morning we came in and unpacked our things. We got to work right away on calendar math. Then at 9:04 we went down to PE. In PE we played a game and I don’t of different colored hula hoop in front of each team. Then there were 3 hoops in the middle of the gym with 6 beanbags in each. In each group there were about 4 or 5 people. So once the PE teacher says go, we run to get the bean bag and put it in our hoop. Then we would tag the next person and they would go get a bean bag and you had to try to get as many bags as you could. Then we mixed up the rules and added many different tricks. Then it was 9:50 so we went back to the classroom. When we got back we worked on math. We are moving onto a new bits and pieces. It is called “How likely is it?” So we worked on one problem all the way until break.

We had break. Then we did the same math problem all the way until lunch time.

When we got back from lunch we did science. In science we kept writing down some notes for our test that we may do tomorrow or on Thursday. Then we moved onto social studies. In social studies we did work on Daoism. We had to be peaceful and quiet. We could do anything and sit with our partners. We went through and read the section on Daoism and then filled out the questions for them. Then Mr. Steele pulled names of people and if you were called, you would answer whatever question he asked you. Then we did Houghton Mifflin. We read a really long story about Amelia Earhart. Then it was time to do jobs. After jobs we did pack stack and vac and then we went home.
